学会交往、学会尊重是初中《思想品德》课程标准对学生学习的要求,师生关系是教育教学中最重要的人际关系。作为一名思想品德课教师,笔者更多地感觉到教师与学生之间的平等相待、相互尊重,尤其是教师主动地表现出对学生应有的尊重,是构建新型师生关系的基础。本文从教育教学中的一些细节入手,体现教师对学生的尊重,用自己的行动让学生感受到被尊重的幸福,从而健全学生的人格,唤起学生的自尊,增进师生情感,改进教育教学效果。
To learn to socialize and learn to respect is the requirement of junior middle school “moral character” curriculum standard for student learning. The relationship between teachers and students is the most important interpersonal relationship in education and teaching. As a teacher of ideology and morality, I feel more about the equal treatment and mutual respect between teachers and students. In particular, the teacher’s initiative to show due respect to students is the basis for building a new type of relationship between teachers and students. This article starts with some details in education and teaching, embodies teachers’ respect to students, and uses their actions to make students feel respected happiness, so as to perfect students’ personality, arouse students’ self-esteem, enhance the emotion of teachers and students and improve the effect of education and teaching .
