Since the 1991 academic year, we have started our attempt to develop students' potentials in high school in primary mathematics. At present, the first batch of students have graduated from primary school and the second batch of students have also been concentrated. In order to explore the significance of this attempt, we make a systematic review of the previous work and future considerations.
