八、违反经济合同的责任违反经济合同的责任,是指经济合同当事人、经济合同当事人的上级领导机关或业务主管机关、直接责任者个人,由于自己的过错造成经济合同不能履行,或者不能完全履行,依照法律和合同规定必须承担的法律责任。包括经济合同当事人的违约责任、上级领导机关或业务主管机关的责任以及直接责任者个人的责任三个方面。
