双语是由不同民族互相接触引发的语言交融现象,在新疆等西部地区,随着不同民族之间交流与合作不断深入,双语教学显得愈发重要。然而,幼儿学习本民族语言很容易,但学习第二种语言的环境、氛围和效果就不怎么乐观了,尤其是在民族人口总数较多的西部。当前,民族幼儿双语教学受到了国家的高度重视,但由于缺乏语言学习氛围,在实施过程中出现了很多问题。从语言氛围、艺术氛围和环境氛围三个方面构建了学前教育的框架,以期为民族学前双语教学提供借鉴。
Bilingualism is a language blending phenomenon caused by the mutual contact between different ethnic groups. In the western regions of Xinjiang and other parts of the world, bilingual education has become increasingly important as exchanges and cooperation among different ethnic groups continue to deepen. However, it is easy for young children to learn this native language, but the environment, atmosphere and effectiveness of learning a second language are less optimistic, especially in the western part of the country with a large population. At present, the bilingual education of ethnic children has received great attention from the state, but due to the lack of a language learning environment, many problems have appeared in the process of implementation. The framework of pre-school education is constructed from the aspects of language atmosphere, artistic atmosphere and environmental atmosphere in order to provide reference for ethnic pre-school bilingual teaching.
