作为一家非互联网基因的传统企业,花样年对于彩生活“地产淘宝”的构思似乎显得更为艰难。两年前兴起的社区O2O概念,今年特别红火。诸多创业型公司为了能在社区铺设渠道,不惜一掷千金。上海一家致力于社区O2O业务开拓的公司负责人坦言,不管花多大的代价也要进入赢商网社区。他的理由是,社区的开拓成本,应该根据资本市场的估值来衡量,而不是看短期盈利与否。
