采用800W基模CO2激光器对金刚石锯片进行了激光焊接研究。试验并研究了激光功率、焊速、离焦量及偏移量等工艺参数对金刚石锯片的激光焊接质量的影响,获得了焊接的最佳工艺参数,焊缝深宽比约为2mm,焊接熔合深度约为1.2mm。激光焊接的金刚石锯片显著地提高了其结合强度及承载能力。
Laser welding of diamond saw blade was carried out with 800W CO2 laser. The effects of laser power, welding speed, defocusing amount and offset on laser welding quality of diamond saw blade were studied and studied. The optimum welding parameters were obtained. The aspect ratio of welding seam was about 2mm. The welding Fusion depth of about 1.2mm. Laser-welded diamond saw blades significantly increase their bond strength and load carrying capacity.
