黎样霉菌病为一特殊的皮肤恶性淋巴瘤,我院收治一例全身多发898个结节的典型病例,现报告如下; 患者闰某,男,65岁、教师、住院号 2028 7,因全身肿块4月F1989年6月l日入院。4个月余,无意意中发现左胸壁有一蚕豆大小肿块,有压痛,继之在腹部、腰部及上肢先后出现十几个类似在下肿块,2个月后,全身满布大小不等的肿块,并有蜃痒及疼痛感,下肢肿块有二个表皮已破溃。当地病理论断为:“留样霉菌病”,经本院病理科会诊为:“非何杰全年恶性淋巴瘤弥漫型”(章样霉菌病)。
