目的开展罐装动物性食品中双酚A-二缩水甘油醚(BADGE)、双酚F-二缩水甘油醚(BFDGE)及其衍生物测定的方法学研究。方法采用叔丁基甲醚和甲醇提取,正己烷脱脂,HLB固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱与串联质谱联用测定双酚-二缩水甘油醚;对样本前处理程序和测定条件进行优化,消除复杂基质干扰。结果在0.5~100 ng/ml范围内,9种化合物线性关系良好,R~2均大于0.997;定量限(以10倍信噪计)为0.5 ng/g;在高、中、低3个加标水平下9种化合物的平均加标回收率为78.5%~102.1%,相对标准偏差为7.4%~13.2%。结论该方法提取效率高,样本净化效果好,抗干扰能力强,定性定量准确。具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,能满足法规对罐装动物性食品中BADGE、BFDGE及其衍生物残留量快速检测及准确定量的要求。
Objective To develop a methodological study on the determination of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (BADGE), bisphenol F diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) and its derivatives in canned animal food. Methods The samples were extracted with tert-butyl methyl ether and methanol, defatted with n-hexane, cleaned-up with HLB solid phase extraction column, combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry to determine bisphenol-diglycidyl ether. The pretreatment procedures and determination conditions were optimized, Eliminate complex matrix interferences. The results showed that the linear range of the 9 compounds was 0.5 ~ 100 ng / ml, R ~ 2 was greater than 0.997. The limit of quantification was 0.5 ng / g with 10 times signal-to-noise. The average recoveries of the nine compounds at the standard level ranged from 78.5% to 102.1% with relative standard deviations of 7.4% to 13.2%. Conclusion The method has high extraction efficiency, good purification effect on samples, strong anti-interference ability and qualitative and quantitative analysis. With high sensitivity and accuracy, it can meet the requirements of laws and regulations on the rapid detection and accurate quantification of BADGE, BFDGE and its derivatives in canned animal foods.
