慢性前列腺炎为男性青壮年的常见病、多发病,目前国内外尚无特效疗法。我院自1989年10～12月采用甲硝唑液前列腺内注射治疗23例,取得良好疗效。兹介绍如下。一、资料与方法(一)病例选择标准①具有典型的慢性前列腺炎病史;②体检有前列腺压痛;③常规化验前列腺液WBC>10个/HP。(二)临床资料本组23例,年龄20～37岁,平均27岁;病史5个月～12年,平均14个月。均有不同程度腰部酸痛、起尿缓慢、排尿淋漓、性功能减退、尿道滴白等症状。均经SMZ、吡哌酸、氟哌酸等药物治疗无效。
Chronic prostatitis is a common disease of young and middle-aged men, and frequently-occurring diseases. At present, there are no effective therapies at home and abroad. Our hospital from October 1989 to December using metronidazole solution in the prostate for the treatment of 23 cases, and achieved good results. Here is the introduction. First, the data and methods (A) case selection criteria ① has a typical history of chronic prostatitis; ② physical prostatodynia; ③ routine test prostatic fluid WBC> 10 / HP. (B) of the clinical data of the group of 23 cases, aged 20 to 37 years, mean 27 years; history of 5 months to 12 years, an average of 14 months. There are varying degrees of waist pain, slow urine, urinating dripping, sexual dysfunction, urethral drip and other symptoms. All SMZ, pipemidic acid, norfloxacin and other drug treatment is invalid.
