The DIANA is an automated diagnostic expert system that is used by the maintenance and management unit of the unmanned compression station in Largoven, Lake Geneva, Venezuela to diagnose and eliminate operational problems. This system can be used to solve problems associated with 63 parking alarms, program start Problems related to online troubleshooting. Use this expert system to diagnose the cause of a stop and thereby reduce the amount of downtime and repeated start-up required to restart the unit. As a result, this will reduce repeated wear and tear on gas engines and power turbines. Since starting up the impact on these devices is equivalent to 8 hours of operation, increased reliability and longer run times will increase crude oil production and reduce maintenance and management costs.
