现在,我国的中等职业院校为培养高素质、高技能的综合性人才,制定了一系列的课程管理标准,一方面,为社会的人才培养做出了巨大贡献;另一方面,提高了中职学生的环境适应能力,使其能在日新月异的社会生活中游刃有余。《企业教育》课程标准是隶属于所有管理工程系的一门基础课程,它通过案例教学的方式,不断提高了学生的专业素质与能力。本文旨在通过分析《企业管理》课程的案例教学,加强中职学生的社会实践能力,提高管理案例教学的课程效果。
At present, the secondary vocational schools in our country have formulated a series of curriculum management standards for cultivating high-quality and highly-skilled comprehensive talents. On the one hand, they have made great contributions to the training of talents in the society. On the other hand, Students adapt to the environment so that it can work in a rapidly changing social life. The standard of “enterprise education” is a basic course which belongs to all the departments of management and engineering. Through the way of case teaching, the standard of enterprise education continuously improves the professional quality and ability of students. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the case teaching of “Business Management” course, strengthen the social practice ability of secondary vocational students, and improve the effectiveness of the course management of case teaching.
