目的探讨深圳市预防接种异常反应纠纷处理对策。方法采用描述流行病学方法,总结深圳市预防接种异常反应纠纷处理工作,归纳突出存在的问题。结果实现预防接种异常反应处置规范化,需要遵法守规,按规则办事;要适当增加人力资源投入;由小及大,从局部到整体。结论统一认识,按规矩办事,深圳市预防接种异常反应纠纷的处理,必将逐步实现规范化、正常化。
Objective To investigate the treatment countermeasures of abnormal response in vaccination in Shenzhen. Methods Describing epidemiological methods, summing up the Shenzhen vaccination anomalous response dispute handling work, summarizes the existing problems. Results As a result, standardized treatment of abnormal responses to vaccination needs to comply with laws and regulations and act according to the rules. Human resources investment should be appropriately increased from small to large and from part to whole. Conclusion The treatment of unite understanding, acting according to rules and regulations, and preventing the abnormal reaction of vaccination in Shenzhen will surely be standardized and normalized progressively.
