通过薄片试样原位拉伸和圆棒拉伸实验研究了富Nd第二相颗粒的早期脆性断裂对一种近α型钛合金断裂行为的影响。结果表明 ,随颗粒体积分数的增加 ,合金的拉伸强度有所降低 ,但合金的塑性得到改善。富Nd第二相颗粒的早期脆性断裂不会导致材料的脆性断裂倾向 ,这是由于颗粒的形成改变了合金基体的组织结构等引起的
The effect of early brittle fracture of Nd-rich second phase particles on the fracture behavior of a nearly α-type titanium alloy was investigated by in-situ tensile test and round bar tensile test. The results show that with the increase of particle volume fraction, the tensile strength of the alloy decreases, but the plasticity of the alloy is improved. The early brittle fracture of Nd-rich second phase particles does not lead to the brittle fracture tendency of the material due to the formation of particles changing the microstructure of the alloy matrix
