为探讨不同递增负荷运动的训练效果差异,为教练员科学安排训练提供参考,根据训练实践的要求制订2个递增负荷运动方案,对17名高水平运动员进行对比测试,并全面监控每桨功率、心率的变化指标和血乳酸指标。研究结论 :递增负荷运动方案1的运动强度要高于递增负荷运动方案2;相同运动时间内,递增负荷运动方案1的心率较高,有显著性差异;做功量、心率、血乳酸等指标在相同时间内,递增负荷运动方案1的负荷强度大,但运动持续时间短,运动员运动至力竭后的各项指标没有递增负荷运动方案2对机体的刺激效果好。
In order to explore the difference of training effects of different incremental exercise, this paper provides reference for coaches to arrange scientific training.
