目的了解慢性病患者主要照顾者的心理压力与社会支持的情况及二者的相关性。方法采用心理压力量表和社会支持量表对慢性病主要照顾者的心理压力情况进行评定。结果慢性病患者主要照顾者的心理压力负性事件值的平均值为39.16分,大于常模值;社会支持度平均为32.76分,小于理论中数38分,低于常模值,二者呈负相关。结论医院、社区、家庭应对慢性病患者主要照顾者广泛关注,提供较多得社会支持,减轻其心理压力。
Objective To understand the psychological stress and social support of the main caregivers of chronic diseases and the correlation between the two. Methods Mental stress scale and social support scale were used to assess the psychological stress of the main caregivers of chronic diseases. Results The average value of negative psychological stress events of main caregivers in patients with chronic diseases was 39.16 points, which was greater than the normal value. The average social support was 32.76 points, less than the theoretical median of 38 points, which was lower than the normal value Related. Conclusion Hospitals, communities and families should pay close attention to the main caregivers of chronic diseases, provide more social support and reduce their psychological stress.
