目前,我国城市基层社区卫生服务工作取得了较大的进展,各级行政主管部门认真落实责任,加大对基层卫生事业的投入,社区卫生服务网络进一步健全,所承担的服务功能逐渐完善,广大居民群众对社区卫生服务机构中医务人员开展的基本医疗、公共卫生服务越来越满意。但是,社区卫生服务机构的核心人力资源-全科医生人才匮乏,给全面深化卫生事业改革,健全卫生服务体系带来了突出矛盾。本文结合基层社区卫生服务机构开展全科人才培训的实际,对全科人才培训研究的意义、全科人才现状的分析、全科人才发展的政策措施等三个方面加以分析,立足找出促进全科人才队伍建设与发展的对策。
At present, great progress has been made in the grass-roots community health service work in urban areas in China. The administrative departments at all levels conscientiously implement their responsibilities and increased their investment in grass-roots health undertakings. The community health service network has been further improved and the service functions undertaken by the community have been gradually improved. Residents and masses of community health service agencies in the medical staff to carry out basic medical services, public health services more and more satisfied. However, the core human resources of community health service agencies, lack of general practitioner talent, have brought prominent contradictions to deepening the reform of health undertakings and improving the health service system. Based on the practice of grassroots community health service agencies in carrying out general practitioner training, this article analyzes the significance of general personnel training research, current status quo of general practitioners and policies and measures of general personnel development, Countermeasures for the Construction and Development of Talent Team.
