[目的]建立饮料中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂测定方法,并对其在市售饮料中的情况进行研究。[方法]采用正己烷提取,水浴氮吹浓缩,气相色谱-质谱法检测。[结果]实验条件下,8种邻苯二甲酸酯类能很好分离检测,线性相关系数γ﹥0.997,相对标准偏差RSD在3.69%~6.39%之间,加标回收率在79%~99%之间。检测89份样品,DIBP检出率为12%,DBP检出率为93%,DEHP检出率为12%。[结论]该测定方法操作简便,分离效果好。检测结果显示,饮料中存在邻苯二甲酸酯类污染物。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of phthalate plasticizers in beverages and to study its application in commercial beverages. [Method] The extracts were extracted with n-hexane, concentrated by nitrogen-water bath and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. [Result] Under the experimental conditions, 8 kinds of phthalates could be well separated and tested, with linear correlation coefficient γ> 0.997, relative standard deviation RSD 3.69% ~ 6.39%, spiked recoveries 79% ~ 99 %between. 89 samples were detected, the detection rate of DIBP was 12%, the detection rate of DBP was 93%, and the detection rate of DEHP was 12%. [Conclusion] The method was simple and easy to operate with good separation effect. Test results show that the presence of phthalate esters in beverages.
