电力企业是推动经济社会发展的能源保障,更是关系国计民生的重要行业。为了满足国家对于电力企业集约化、集团化、精益化和标准化建设的要求,企业应该从管理队伍建设、人才培养、管理细化等方面进行工作的全面提升。企业教育培训作为企业实现管理目标,进行人才培养和储备的重要方式应该受到企业更多关注和重视。基于此,文章对供电企业职工教育培训工作进行探索。
Electric power enterprises are the energy source to promote economic and social development and are also important industries that are related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. In order to meet the requirements of the state for the intensification, collectivization, leanization and standardization of electric power enterprises, enterprises should improve their work comprehensively in terms of management team building, personnel training and management refinement. Enterprise education and training as an enterprise to achieve management objectives, an important way to cultivate and reserve talents should be more attention and attention of enterprises. Based on this, the article explores employee education and training in power supply enterprises.
