工业上广泛应用低热值发生爐煤气有重大的意义,是今后发展的方向。但是,过去在应用低热值发生爐煤气方面受到一定的限制,一般发生爐煤气的发热值视煤质优劣而不同,一般为1100~1500大卡/米~3,而以发热值在1200~1300大卡/米~3的煤气较为普遍。因此,在工业用爐中采用此种发热值的清洗煤气时,特别是在锻造加热爐方面,就必须考虑能否满足锻造加热温度的要求。一般锻件锻造温度为1150~1250℃,而爐温则要求达到1250~1350℃,甚至有要求达到1400℃的。因此,在采用这种低热值煤气时,必段采用予热空气、煤气,或者空气和煤气同时予热的办法来保证达到锻造温度的要求,由于爐型的不同,仅空气就
