目的研究中华猕猴桃Actinidia chinensis根中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中华猕猴桃根中分离并鉴定了11个化合物,分别为γ-奎尼酸内酯(1)、硬脂酸葡萄糖苷(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、表-儿茶素(4)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(5)、表科罗索酸(6)、熊果酸(7)、正丁基果糖苷(8)、蔗糖(9)、二十四烷酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1为首次获得的新天然产物,化合物2、8和10首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of actinidia chinensis root in Actinidia chinensis. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from the root of Actinidia chinensis, which are γ-quinalide (1), glucoside (2), daucosterol (3), epicatechin , 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-ursuic acid (5), corosolic acid (6), ursolic acid (7), n-butyl fructoside 9), lignoceric acid (10), β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is the first natural product obtained. Compounds 2, 8 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
