我院在工厂设计人员及工人同志的大力协助下对暗室转门进行了设计与安装,在使用中发现既方便又有防光性能好的特点。圆迷路式转门是由两个圆筒,五块圆铁板和两个汽车轮轴的轴承(此轴承外圈带确梢)组合而成。现将转门主要部件的结构介绍如下。 转门的外圈园筒,是由许多木方和三合板制成。筒高为2000毫米,直径为870毫米,两侧开口的夹角为60度。圆筒的上盖和底座是由两个与圆简直径相同的,厚度为4毫米的铁板制成。外圈圆筒的上盖和底座的铁板与上下两个轴承的内圈固定。
