巴西利亚日圆线虫(Nippostrongylus brasiliensis)是大鼠常见的寄生线虫。本虫常用于慢性寄生线虫病的动物模型,特别是普遍地应用于免疫寄生虫学的研究,我们对无胸腺的裸鼠和正常的小鼠进行了人工感染试验。同时对裸鼠进行了第2、3和4次的重复感染试验,籍以对比观察裸鼠对巴西利亚日圆线虫的免疫力。材料和方法 1.试验动物:由康乃尔大学医学院实验动物中心供给的BALB/c系裸鼠25只,以及正常的CD-1系的小鼠25只,均系SPF动物。裸鼠和小鼠各分成4组,每组5只。 2.虫种:巴西利亚日圆线虫,由康奈乃尔大学兽医学院免疫寄生虫学研究室提供。从已感染的裸鼠收集粪便,充分搅碎,与湿的颗粒性骨炭(加利福尼亚
Nippostrongylus brasiliensis is a common parasitic nematode in rats. The insects are commonly used in animal models of chronic parasitic nematodes, especially in immunological parasitology. We performed artificial infection tests on athymic nude mice and normal mice. At the same time, nude mice were subjected to the second, third and fourth repeated infection test to compare the immunity of the nude mice to C. cercospora. MATERIALS AND METHODS 1. Experimental animals: 25 BALB / c nude mice supplied by the Experimental Animal Center of Cornell Medical College and 25 normal mice with CD-1 lineage were all SPF animals.
