At present, mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees in enterprises is a focus of China’s economic system reform. In recent years, a series of measures have been taken in enterprises: the recovery of the bonus system, the breaking of the “iron rice bowl” and “big pot of rice”; the introduction of wage reforms, the opening of the distribution scale; and the implementation of economic contracting, all played a significant role. However, it should be acknowledged that the enthusiasm of many employees has not yet been fully utilized. In many companies there are still many things: money is more, there is no money
