第一条为规范大宗交易行为,维护正常的交易秩序,根据《上海、深圳证券交易所交易规则》(以下简称“交易规则”)的有关规定,制定本细则。第二条在上海证券交易所(以下简称“本所”)市场进行的证券单笔买卖达到如下最低限额,可以采用大宗交易方式:(一)A 股交易数量在50万股(含)以上,或交易金额在300万元(含)人民币以上;B 股交易数量在50万股(含)以上,或交易金额在30万美元(含)以上;
Article 1 These Rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Rules for the Trading of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges” (hereinafter referred to as the “Trading Rules”) in order to regulate block trading activities and maintain normal trading order. Article 2 The single transaction of securities on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Stock Exchange”) shall be subject to the following minimum transaction amount and may be handled in a block trade manner: (1) The number of A-shares traded at 500,000 shares Or above, the transaction amount is above RMB 3 million (including RMB); the number of B shares transactions is above 500,000 shares (inclusive) or the transaction amount is above USD 300,000 (inclusive);
