利用X射线对等温碎火球铁进行定量相分析,是研究球铁等温转交不可缺少的方法。本文论述了对石墨、碳化物和奥氏体定量相分析的方法,指出在石墨定量相分析时进行显微吸收校正的必要性和校正计算的方法。分析了碳化物定量分析的意义和分析的方法,提出在石墨及碳化物存在的情况下残余奥氏体体积百分数的计算公式。最后讨论了不同等温淬火工艺的球铁试样进行X射线定量相分析的结果。
It is an indispensable method to study isothermal transfer of ductile iron by quantitative phase analysis of isothermally crushed ductile iron by X-ray. This paper discusses the methods of quantitative phase analysis of graphite, carbide and austenite, and points out the necessity of the correction of the micro absorption during the quantitative analysis of graphite and the method of correcting the calculation. The significance of quantitative analysis of carbides and the method of analysis are analyzed. The formulas for calculating the volume fraction of retained austenite in the presence of graphite and carbides are proposed. Finally, the results of X-ray quantitative phase analysis of ductile iron samples with different isothermal quenching processes are discussed.
