一、切实提高对职业教育和培训在经济建设和企业发展中重要作用的认识 党中央,国务院历来重视职业教育工作,至今已先后召开了三次全国职业教育工作会议。1996年《职业教育法》颁布以来,在各级政府主管部门、行业组织、企业和社会各方面的共同努力下,我国职业教育和培训工作取得了很大的成绩,已建立起初、中、高等职业技术教育体系,逐步实施了职业资格证书制度,加大了企业职工培训工作的力度。培养了大批从事经营管理,科技开发,生产操作的管理,技术和技能人才,为我国的技术进步、经济建设和社会发展做出了重要贡献。职业教育和培训已经成为构建我国全民终身教育体系的重要组
I. Realizing Effectively the Awareness of the Important Role of Vocational Education and Training in Economic Development and Enterprise Development The Central Party Committee and the State Council have always attached importance to vocational education and have held three sessions of the national vocational education so far. Since the promulgation of the Vocational Education Law of 1996, with the joint efforts of government departments at all levels, trade organizations, enterprises and all sectors of the society, great achievements have been made in vocational education and training in our country. At the beginning, Vocational and technical education system, and gradually implemented a vocational qualification certificate system, and increased efforts of enterprise staff training. We have trained a large number of management, technical and technical personnel engaged in business management, scientific and technological development and production operations and made important contributions to China’s technological progress, economic construction and social development. Vocational education and training have become an important group for building a lifelong education system for all people in our country
