树木生长发育过程具有明显的幼年期和成年期,只有成年期树木才能启动生殖生长,因此研究树木从幼年期到成年期转变过程中的发育变化规律,对于阐明树木生殖发育机制和促进树木生殖输出等都具有重要意义。树木由幼年期向成年期转换过程中,形态特征和超微结构、生理生化指标、转录因子和miRNA调节、DNA甲基化水平以及端粒长短等方面发生了明显变化,本文综合国内外有关树木阶段发育的相关研究进展,对树木从幼年向成年转变过程中的发育和调控机制进行综述。
