目的探讨白细胞(WBC)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)联合检测在新生儿感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2013年10月至2015年10月清远市第二人民医院收治的患有感染性疾病新生儿30例作为观察组,回顾性选取同期正常新生儿30例作为对照组,检测两组新生儿WBC、hs-CRP及PCT水平,比较WBC、hs-CRP及PCT单独检测及联合检测的灵敏度和特异度。结果观察组新生儿WBC、hs-CRP及PCT水平明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);WBC、PCT、hs-CRP联合检测的灵敏度和特异度均高于WBC、PCT及hs-CRP单独检测的灵敏度和特异度。结论在新生儿感染性疾病诊断中,对于WBC、hs-CRP、PCT的检测具有重要意义,联合检测WBC、hs-CRP及PCT可明显提高新生儿感染性疾病的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of white blood cell (WBC), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in neonatal infectious diseases. Methods Thirty newborns with infectious diseases admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Qingyuan City from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the observation group. Thirty newborns in the same period were retrospectively selected as the control group. Neonates WBC, hs-CRP and PCT levels were compared between the sensitivity and specificity of WBC, hs-CRP and PCT single detection and combined detection. Results The WBC, hs-CRP and PCT levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of WBC, PCT and hs-CRP were higher than those of WBC , PCT and hs-CRP alone test the sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion In the diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases, the detection of WBC, hs-CRP and PCT is of great significance. Combined detection of WBC, hs-CRP and PCT can significantly improve the diagnostic rate of neonatal infectious diseases.
