近日,春华集团董事长胡祖六在2013年亚布力中国企业家论坛上表示,企业家与中产阶层的发展是相辅相成的,收入分配改革的最终目标不应当是杀富济贫,不是追求降低所谓基尼系数,而是培育和壮大中产阶级。当前,充斥着很多改革和调整收入分配制度的观点。有人认为需从初次分配入手,也有人认为应该通过税收调节收入分配差距,以抽肥补瘦等。而胡祖六认为收入分配改革不是杀富济贫,则是对上述观点的反思。
Recently, Chun-Hu Jintao, Chairman of the board, said at the 2013 Yabuli Chinese Entrepreneurs Forum that the development of entrepreneurs and the middle class are complementary. The ultimate goal of income distribution reform should not be to kill the rich and serve the poor but not to reduce the so-called “Gini” Coefficient, but to nurture and expand the middle class. At present, there are many views that are filled in with the reform and adjustment of the income distribution system. Some people think that starting from the initial distribution, some people think that income distribution should be adjusted by the tax revenue gap to thin and so on. However, Hu Zu-li thinks that income distribution reform is not a way to kill the rich and serve the poor, but it is a reflection of the above viewpoints.
