综合考虑创新集群内各主体的异质性及其联系的有向性,构建创新集群复杂网络演化模型,分析政府干预与否、政府干预程度差异对创新集群演化过程的影响。仿真结果表明,创新集群网络具有无标度网络特性和小世界特征,政府干预能够推动创新集群更快进入稳定发展阶段;在创新集群发展的不同阶段,政府干预力度的差异时创新集群的集聚系数、平均最短路径产生不同影响。
Considering the heterogeneity of all the subjects in the innovation cluster and the directional nature of the relationship, this paper constructs a complex network evolution model of the innovation cluster and analyzes the influence of the difference between the government intervention and the government intervention on the evolution process of the innovation cluster. The simulation results show that the innovative cluster network has the features of scale-free network and small-world. Government intervention can promote the innovation cluster to enter the stage of stable development faster. At different stages of the innovation cluster development and government intervention, the clustering coefficient , The average shortest path have different effects.
