目的:研究樟科山胡椒属植物乌药叶的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱和ODS反相柱色谱分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据(1H-NMR1,3C-NMR)鉴定结构。结果:从乌药叶中分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,分别为:槲皮素-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山奈酚-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、山奈酚(3)、二氢山奈酚-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮素(5)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、山奈酚-3-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。结论:化合物2、4和8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in Zhangjia Mountain. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and ODS reversed-phase column chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data (1H-NMR1,3C-NMR). Results: Eight flavonoids were isolated from the leaves of Chinese materia medica. They were quercetin-3-OL-rhamnoside (1), kaempferol-3-OL- rhamnoside 3), quercetin (5), quercetin-3-O-α-D-arabinofuranoside (6), quercetin-3 -O-α-D-glucopyranoside (7), kaempferol-3-OD-glucopyranoside (8). Conclusion: Compounds 2, 4 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
