目的探讨miR-27a、miR-34a/c和miR-107单核苷酸多态性与宫颈癌的相关性。方法收集104例宫颈癌及186例对照,采用多重PCR技术对miR-27a,miR-34a/c和miR-107单核苷酸多态性进行分析,卡方检验分析各基因型与宫颈癌之间的相关性。结果在病例组和对照组中,miR-27a rs895819 TT、CT和CC基因型的分布为52.9%、44.1%、2.9%和59.8%、33.7%、6.5%,miR-34b/c rs4938723 TT、CT和CC基因型的分布为51.9%、35.6%、12.5%和47.3%、44.1%、8.6%,miR-107 rs2296616 TT、CT和CC基因型的分布为80.8%、19.2%、0%和81.2%、17.7%、1.1%,各位点基因型频数分布差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进一步分层分析发现,不同年龄的各基因型分布在对照组和病例组中差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 miR-27a rs895819、miR-34b/c rs4938723和miR-107 rs2296616基因多态性可能与宫颈癌发生无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between miR-27a, miR-34a / c and miR-107 single nucleotide polymorphisms and cervical cancer. Methods A total of 104 cases of cervical cancer and 186 controls were collected. The single nucleotide polymorphisms of miR-27a, miR-34a / c and miR-107 were analyzed by multiplex PCR. Further stratified analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution of genotypes between the control group and the case group at different ages (P> 0.05). Conclusion The polymorphisms of miR-27a rs895819, miR-34b / c rs4938723 and miR-107 rs2296616 may not be related to the occurrence of cervical cancer.
