针对多轮多支柱起落架落震试验的技术需要,通过调节支柱相对高度差方法等效支柱变间距试验,消除了因间距变大给夹具刚度可能带来的影响,节约了试验成本;研制了一套用于多支柱的测量平台,实现了多支柱起落架落震试验的载荷测量,应用新的机轮带转方案,解决了多机轮同步同速带转关键技术。结果表明测试系统稳定可靠,试验结果可以作为多轮多支柱起落架方案设计和理论研究的依据。此次试验也可为国内落震试验拓展新思路和新方法提供参考。
Aiming at the technical requirement of multi-round multi-column undercarriage drop test, it is possible to reduce the test cost by adjusting the equivalent column pitch variation test by adjusting the relative height difference of column, A set of measuring platform for multiple pillars has realized the load measurement of multi-pillar landing gear drop test, and solved the key technology of multi-wheel synchronous synchronous speed switch with a new wheel turning scheme. The results show that the test system is stable and reliable, and the test results can be used as the basis for the design and theoretical research of multi-wheeled multi-pillar landing gear. This test can also provide reference for developing new ideas and new methods for domestic drop test.
