由于互联网技术发展、公民意识增强和民众传统表达渠道不畅等因素,网络反腐应运而生。又因其方便快捷、安全隐蔽、影响巨大和覆盖面广等特点,网络反腐备受各界瞩目。实践表明,现阶段我国的官方网络反腐败深度不够,民间网络反腐呈现“群龙无首”态势,且官民结合缺乏有效联动机制。因此,确保政府充分公开信息、保证网民自由有序参与和建立健全官民有效结合的联动机制就成为我国网络反腐机制进一步发展和完善的必由之路。 Due to the development of internet technology, the increase of civic awareness and the poor traditional channels of public expression, network anti-corruption came into being. Because of its convenient, safe hidden, huge impact and wide coverage and other characteristics, the Internet anti-corruption has drawn the attention of all walks of life. Practice shows that at this stage, the official anti-corruption network in our country is not deep enough, anti-corruption in non-governmental networks shows a situation of “swarming the masses without leader”, and there is a lack of an effective linkage mechanism between officials and civilians. Therefore, to ensure that the government fully discloses information and ensure the free and orderly participation of netizens and to establish and perfect an effective linkage mechanism between officials and citizens has become the only way to further develop and perfect the anti-corruption mechanism in our country.
