目的:探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜手术治疗早期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的180例早期胃癌患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各90例。对照组患者给予传统手术,研究组患者给予腹腔镜联合胃镜手术。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率。结果:两组患者术中均未发生副损伤;研究组患者的手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05)、而术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜联合胃镜手术治疗早期胃癌,具有微创效果,可降低术中出血量、住院时间,有利于患者的恢复,安全性高,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in the treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods: 180 cases of early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 90 cases each. Patients in the control group were given conventional surgery, and patients in the study group were given laparoscopy and gastroscopy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups. Conclusions: Laparoscopy combined with gastroscopic surgery for early gastric cancer has the advantages of minimally invasive operation, less blood loss and hospital stay, is conducive to the recovery of patients, and has high safety and clinical efficacy. It is worth popularizing and applying.
