12年前,福建省55名企业家勇敢地站起来,发出:“请给我松绑”震撼人心的呐喊,为企业改革吹起了进军的号角。他们的强烈呼声,先后在《福建日报》、《人民日报》、《经济日报》等报刊上发表,影响力波及全国,引起了政府的高层重视。国家为此先后出台放权搞活、深化企业改革的一系列新政策,有力地推动了中国企业改革轰轰烈烈地展开。今年4月21日,是纪念“松绑”放权呼吁书发表12周年和第三届全国企业家活动日。这对回顾历史,展望未来,特别对当前搞活国有企业,建立现代企业制度,都具有特殊意义。
Twelve years ago, 55 entrepreneurs in Fujian Province bravely stood up and issued: “Please, let me relax.” The call for shame, blowing the horn of marching into the enterprise reform. Their strong appeal was published in the newspapers and periodicals such as “Fujian Daily”, “People’s Daily” and “Economic Daily”, influencing the entire nation and arousing high-level attention from the government. To this end, the state has successively promulgated a series of new policies of empowerment and invigoration and deepening the reform of enterprises, which has vigorously promoted the vigorous launching of the reform of Chinese enterprises. April 21 this year, is to commemorate the 12th anniversary of the release of “appeal to release” and the third national day of entrepreneurship. This is of special significance to reviewing history and looking forward to the future, especially for the current invigoration of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of a modern enterprise system.
