为了有效地控制大型项目工程中交叉施工所带来的风险,需要建立有效的施工风险措施。以上海市中环线工程K3+381～K3+481标段与轨交6号线上南路车站的交叉施工为案例,首先分析施工和监测方案,分别从设计、施工、管理3个方面给出其风险控制措施;然后详细分析了交叉施工风险专项管理工作,对交叉施工中前期管理、施工过程中的风险控制措施进行研究;最后分析了交叉施工过程与监测结果。
In order to effectively control the risks brought by cross-construction in large-scale project, effective measures for construction risk should be established. Taking the intersection of K3 + 381 ~ K3 + 481 in Central Link Project of Shanghai and Crossing on Shangnan Road Station of Line 6 of Rail Transit Line as a case, firstly, the construction and monitoring schemes are analyzed, and their design, construction and management are given respectively Risk control measures; and then detailed analysis of the cross-construction risk management work, pre-cross-construction management, risk control measures in the construction process; the final analysis of the cross-construction process and monitoring results.
