新塘河小流域位于广西壮族自治区岑溪县城北面的糯洞镇南部,距县城8公里。流域内有六云、塘坡、新塘3个村,居住着1247户6883人,流域总面积21.5平方公里,属半丘陵山区,海拔高程在120～648米之间。新塘河贯穿其中,全长7.2公里,河床比降2.4%。全流域有流失面积1.75万亩,其中面蚀1.42万亩,沟蚀2740亩,崩岗面积560亩(不包括崩岗坡面)。
Xintang River small watershed is located in the south of Cenxi County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, south of waxy town, 8 kilometers from the county seat. There are 6 villages in Liuyun, Tongpo and Xintang in the basin, with 6,883 people living in 1247 households. The total area of the basin is 21.5 square kilometers, belonging to the semi-hilly mountain area with an elevation of 120 to 648 meters. Xintang River runs through it, a total length of 7.2 kilometers, 2.4% lower than the riverbed. The drainage area of 175000 mu of the whole basin, of which 1.42 million mu of erosion, ditch erosion 2740 acres, collapsed area of 560 acres (not including collapsed slope).
