采用银和铌对316L不锈钢进行改性,分别采用覆膜抗菌试验、电化学试验、显微分析等方法,研究了银、铌对316L的显微组织、抗菌性能、耐蚀性能等的影响。结果表明,铌可以有效细化晶粒,改善银在基体中的分布状况。316L含适量银时具有良好的抗菌性能和耐微生物腐蚀性能,但是过量的银易发生偏聚,降低材料的耐蚀性。当银含量为0.04%~0.06%,铌含量约0.1%(质量分数)时,改性316不锈钢可获得显微组织、耐蚀性能和抗菌性能的优化匹配。
The effects of silver and niobium on the microstructure, antibacterial and anticorrosive properties of 316L were investigated by means of antibacterial, electrochemical and microscopic analysis of 316L stainless steel with silver and niobium. The results show that niobium can effectively refine the grains and improve the distribution of silver in the matrix. 316L contains a good amount of silver with good antibacterial properties and resistance to microbial corrosion, but excessive silver prone to segregation, reducing the corrosion resistance of the material. When the silver content of 0.04% ~ 0.06%, niobium content of about 0.1% (mass fraction), the modified 316 stainless steel available microstructure, corrosion resistance and antimicrobial performance of the optimal match.
