Sophora alopecuroides, also known as Bitter Glycyrrhiza, Gengshun-Baoqiqige (Medical Drug Name), is the root and stem of Sophora alopecuroides L., a leguminous plant, and is an ethnic drug in Inner Mongolia, mainly distributed in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Qinghai. In the ground, the above-ground part has the effects of detoxification, dehumidification, dampness, and analgesic and insecticidal effects. The roots and rhizomes have detoxifying and detoxifying effects, indicating dysentery, eczema, toothache, and cough. In recent years it has been found that it has a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of cancer cells. The ground part of bitter beans contains alkaloids and flavonoids. We isolated the chemical constituents of their roots and rhizomes, obtained seven kinds of alkaloid monomers from the chloroform extract, and determined the structure of six of them by spectral data.
