国务院印发《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,首次将学生综合素质评价正式纳入考试招生制度框架内。自2007年开始,北京市普通高中学生综合素质评价从理念到实践进行了探索,各校也在积极探寻有学校特点的综合素质评价方式。然而,理论与现实之间总是存在很大的差距,将“育人”与“选拔”功能统一,建立学生综合素质评价制度,将是我们今后追求的方向和目标。
The State Council printed and distributed the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination Enrollment System, which for the first time formally put the evaluation of students’ comprehensive qualifications within the framework of examination enrollment system. Since 2007, the comprehensive quality assessment of ordinary senior high school students in Beijing has been explored from concept to practice, and various schools are also actively exploring comprehensive quality evaluation methods with school characteristics. However, there is always a big gap between theory and reality. The unity of function of “educating people” and “selecting” will be the direction and goal we will pursue in the future.
