This paper demonstrates that the implied “give, go, drop ” and other verbs in the double-bin structure have the same functions and properties as typical affixes and are uniquely applied markers in Chinese. Compared with the affixes that can not be used as independent pronouns, the Chinese application markers show the semantic structure of the application categories better, and prove that the related application phrases are the verbal projections of “get / lose”. On the one hand, such processing can provide syntactic explanation for Chinese-specific double-object corpus and asymmetry of profit and loss, and on the other hand, it can also provide new solutions to the theoretical problems which have plagued the application analysis.
