南京房地产市场在今年上半年触底反弹之后,销量和价格一路飙升,去库存化行情迅速演变为复苏行情,并出现了短期偏热的现象。房屋销售热、开工慢南京房地产开发投资5月份走出底部,并明显回升,已经进入正常区域,但新开工面积仍未能有效放大。楼市的回暖增加了企业开发投资的信心。今年1~9月,南京房地产开发投资完成441.45亿元,比去年同期增长16.1%,其稳步上升的趋势十分明显。
After the real estate market in Nanjing hit a bottom rebound in the first half of this year, the sales and prices surged all the way, and the inventory-to-deposit market quickly changed into a recovery market with the emergence of short-term partial heat.
