For nearly half a century, the world’s forest resources are rapidly declining year after year. Timber and some important wood products, due to their relatively long product life cycles, obviously have unidirectional excursions in which prices have continued to rise. This situation is not eliminated in a short period of time. The rise and application of Value Engineering in the United States during the Second World War and the global recession in the construction industry somewhat alleviated the marginal demand for wood and wood products, but it was only relatively short in the context of war A kind of intermittent phenomenon. As the war ended, prices were bullish, turning their tide and becoming a thorny issue that disturbs socio-economic life for a long period of time.
