我厂3×10~4/a 汽油加氢装置的原料泵,是利用库存积压的西德 KSB 公司产品,型号HDAR-80/12.由于泵的参数与装置要求不符,试车中电机电流超标,使开工受阻。我厂采用去掉三级叶轮的方法,取得了很好的效果。1.库存泵参数库存泵为垂直剖分式的12级离心泵,原输送液化石油气,密度0.54 kg/dm~3,操作温度20℃,流量40～50m~3/h,总扬程800m,转速2975r/min,轴功率107kW,电机功率132kW。2.试运中的问题按装置开工要求,第一步水氮联送,输送水;第二步热油氮联运,输送煤油,第三步化工投料,输送汽油,是正常生产所输送的介质。
