通过试验和理论分析,应用一种改进的双色法,消除了由于在不同波长下火焰黑度的不同对测量精度的影响。给出了测量原理,并简要说明测量系统的组成。对试验炉的计算结果表明,此方法具有较高精度,是一种简单可靠的炉内温度测量方法,可运用于火焰的温度场计算和燃烧诊断。
Through the experimental and theoretical analysis, the application of an improved two-color method eliminates the influence on the measurement accuracy due to the difference in the blackness of the flame at different wavelengths. The measurement principle is given and the composition of the measurement system is briefly described. The experimental results show that this method is of high precision and is a simple and reliable method for temperature measurement in furnace. It can be used in the calculation of flame temperature field and combustion diagnosis.
