目前,沸腾炉的冷却水套,一般使用寿命仅6～12个月,最长也不超过18个月。根据对几十个水套损坏情况的调查,主要原因是冷却方法上和水套设计制造上不够合理所致。现分述如下:(一)冷却方法上存在的问题1.沸腾炉冷却水套呈箱形,其有效截面大大超过给水管的截面,因此水在水套中流得非常缓慢,与受热面贴近的边层冷却水被加热到沸点,甚至产生蒸汽,使水套上部过热,促使上部角焊产生集中应力,致使焊口裂纹漏水;
