可编程逻辑控制器由电源、中央处理单元、存储器、输入输出接口电路、功能模块和通信模块组成,其应用于机械手臂伺服系统,能够提高机械手定位的精确性和控制可靠性。本文首先探讨了可编程控制器在机械臂伺服系统中主要的部件选型,并对PLC机械手伺服系统的人机界面设计展开探讨,最后探究了机械臂伺服系统中应用可编程控制器的软件设计,为PLC机械手精确定位与控制系统的设计提供资料参考。
The programmable logic controller is composed of power supply, central processing unit, memory, I / O interface circuit, function module and communication module.
