目的通过对胃癌组织中c-Src、基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinase-7,MMP-7)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-2(tissue inhibitors of meralloproteinase-2,TIMP-2)表达情况的观察,探讨它们在胃癌侵袭和转移过程中的可能作用和在预测胃癌转移潜能中的意义,为更准确的确定临床分期、判断预后、指导治疗提供依据。方法采用免疫组织化学检测50例胃癌组织及10例正常胃组织的c-Src、MMP-7及TIMP-2的表达情况。结果c-Src在胃癌中的表达与临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结是否转移有关;MMP-7在胃癌中的表达与胃癌患者的临床分期、组织学分级及有无淋巴结转移有关;TIMP-2在胃癌组织中的表达仅与胃癌患者的临床分期有关。MMP-7蛋白表达与TIMP-2表达无明显相关。结论MMP-7、TIMP-2、c-Src同时发生异常可作为评估胃癌恶性程度的重要生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of c-Src, tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and tissue inhibitors of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) To investigate their possible role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer and their significance in predicting the metastatic potential of gastric cancer, and provide a basis for more accurate determination of clinical staging, prognosis and guidance of treatment. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of c-Src, MMP-7 and TIMP-2 in 50 cases of gastric carcinoma and 10 cases of normal gastric tissue. Results The expression of c-Src in gastric cancer was related to clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis. The expression of MMP-7 in gastric cancer was related to clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis. The expression of TIMP-2 The expression in gastric cancer tissue is only related to the clinical staging of gastric cancer patients. MMP-7 protein expression and TIMP-2 expression was not significantly correlated. Conclusion Concurrent abnormalities of MMP-7, TIMP-2 and c-Src may be important biomarkers for evaluating the malignant degree of gastric cancer.
