在纳米ZrO2-Y2O3中加入纳米CeO2,制备三元CeO2/ZrO2-Y2O3热障涂层,对其高温稳定性和抗腐蚀性进行研究。结果表明,纳米CSZ热障涂层在1 100℃保温100 h后,其晶粒尺寸变化不大,具有良好的高温稳定性。CSZ涂层的抗腐蚀性能高于YSZ涂层。
The nano-CeO2 / ZrO2-Y2O3 thermal barrier coatings were prepared by adding nano-CeO2 to ZrO2-Y2O3 nanocomposite. The high temperature stability and corrosion resistance were studied. The results show that the nanocrystalline CSZ thermal barrier coatings have little change in grain size after being kept at 1 100 ℃ for 100 h, and have good high temperature stability. The corrosion resistance of CSZ coating is higher than that of YSZ coating.
